We stopped in for a quick bite to eat while driving through the town. Such a fun place! The pizza and wings were delicious!!! The outdoor seating is very enjoyable, my kids loved playing the large jenga and cornhole! Staff were all nice and friendly!
The pizza was excellent!!! We weren't exactly sure how things worked at first, but the people showed us. Very Nice place!
We were in town visiting for a wedding and decided to stop here since it was a dog friendly establishment and we brought our dog. We called to make sure and asked if it was a dog friendly patio and they said “it is dog friendly everywhere if your dog is well-behaved.” To my surprise dogs are allowed in the restaurant and there is a dog menu as well. My boyfriend and both I had the mad deluxe burger with fries and it was absolutely mouth-watering! The beer selection was great as well and we ordered our dog the doggie bowl of chicken rice and vegetables and she loved it. It was such a cool experience to eat out with our dog in such a dog friendly establishment. Service, food and environment were all 10/10. Music bingo was going on and we played a couple games and chatted with the host and it was a great time. We are only here for a few more days and planning to come back for one more meal. Thank you!
Highly recommend! Unique menu, live music, friendly people, clever theme. The food was excellent! The service, even better! This was likely the only time we'll get to enjoy this fun establishment as we are just passing through. But after an unfortunate accident resulted in our entire Pizza winding up on the floor before we ever got a bite, they not only helped us clean it up and reassure us that everything was OK, they made us a REPLACEMENT pizza! They did not need to do that! But that is A customer service if ever there was any! They were so kind and understanding. We felt so bad (and embarrassed) and they went out of their way to fix it. We had the beer-braised pork nachos (YUM!) in addition to that darn slippery pizza . After a long day of traveling, seeing it in a heap on the floor would have been the worst ending ever, but the super nice folks at the Mad Batter saw to it that we had a happy ending instead. Sylva seems to be chock full of fun, friendly people who know how to create fun food too!

Overall Thoughts: The atmosphere is really cool and hip. The food isn't overwhelmingly great, but it is ok. Overall, I'd give this 4.5 Stars. The people are super friendly. What a cool place! It had a very chill vibe and the food here was phenomenal! We’re staying in Bryson City but I’m so glad this place caught our eye and we decided to try it. The burger was one of the best I’ve had in a while and my wife loved the Greek Rice bowl. They had the bouldering World Cup on the projector screen, a sport neither of us even knew existed but we loved seeing.
